[About Escape Credits]
・During your stay, you can use the hotel spa, barrel sauna, music theater room, restaurants, bars, and shops. You can use it across multiple facilities.
・When using the service, please inform the staff that you would like to use "Escape Credits." If you use more than your remaining balance, please settle the difference at check-out.
・Cannot be used to pay accommodation plan fees or taxes associated with the plan.
・We cannot provide change or refunds if the voucher is not used during your stay.
