Saturday, November 2021, 11 [Caviar Night] Shizuoka's gourmet cuisine gathers together ~ Caviar-filled course and wine pairing ~

This year, we will be holding our third annual first-of-the-season caviar gala dinner, a luxurious autumn gourmet event called "Caviar Night," bringing together the finest delicacies of Shizuoka.

Haru Caviar, located in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, starts shipping caviar every November. Haru Caviar is of extremely high quality among the many domestic caviar varieties, and the fresh caviar in particular has a flavor that is no exaggeration to call the "heart of luxury."

For "Caviar Night," Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo's Executive Chef Takeuchi and Haru Caviar's Executive Chef Kitano will collaborate to prepare a one-day-only French and Japanese caviar collaboration dinner using fresh caviar.

We will also be inviting Ernest Singer, the owner of fine wine importer Millesime, who also runs Fujisan Winery and makes wine himself, to the event. Enjoy wine pairings with caviar dishes using a selection of special wines selected by Singer.
