Saturday, December 2021, 12 [Sichuan Douhua Hanzhuang Collaboration Dinner] Sichuan Dim Sum and French Dim Sum

A collaboration between French cuisine using carefully selected ingredients from Atami and Izu and Singaporean Sichuan cuisine from Sichuan Douhua Hanzhuang (Marunouchi, Tokyo), which does not use any artificial seasonings!

Enjoy to your heart's content authentic Sichuan dim sum prepared by Chef Takao Inoue of Sichuan Douhua Hanzō and French-style dim sum prepared by Chef Takeuchi of Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo.

The event will feature a culinary collaboration between the two chefs, as well as an acrobatic Chinese tea service by an authentic tea artist from Sichuan Douhua Restaurant, Chinese and French wine pairings by sommeliers from Sichuan Douhua Restaurant and Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo, and live erhu performances.
