Sunday, July 2022, 7 [17th Anniversary] Musician's Table - From Bach to Brahms
Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo will celebrate its 7th anniversary on July 21st.
We would like to announce a special event to commemorate our 6th anniversary.
J.S. Bach (1685-1750) and Johannes Brahms (1833-1897). These two great German composers were born a century and a half apart. Even though he was called the second Beethoven, Brahms was still a great admirer of Bach, so what kind of music did he "inherit" from Bach?
It was a time when people's lives changed dynamically as they went through two industrial revolutions, from the early modern period to the modern era. Transportation changed from horse-drawn carriages to railroads, and people's lives became more modern with the invention of incandescent lights, telephones, recorders, and movies, and food also underwent various evolutions. This time, Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo will recreate the "inheritance of music and food" through time with its unique interpretation.
