Saturday, February 2023, 2 [Sichuan Douhua Hanzhuang Collaboration Dinner] French and Singaporean Sichuan Cuisine Collaboration Night

The popular annual event "French and Singaporean Sichuan Cuisine Collaboration Night" is held in collaboration with "Sichuan Douhua Hanso Tokyo Branch". Due to popular demand, this will be the third time the event is held. The chef will use ingredients from Atami to prepare a one-off "Atami Cuisine," and the head bartender of Hotel GrandBach will prepare an original cocktail. Please enjoy the evening with festive music inspired by the Lunar New Year.

Enjoy this one-off collaboration between Executive Chef Takeuchi Sho of Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo and Chef Inoue Takao of Sichuan Douhua Hanso Tokyo.

17:30 ~ Aperitif (Venue: Library Bar "Magdalena")
*Champagne or the original "Singapore Sling" and "Duck Sandwich" created by head bartender Tsukasa Takahashi accompanied by erhu music.
18:00 ~ Dinner (Main Dining "Fuga")
