For customers with food allergies

At our hotel, we strive to take every possible precaution to ensure that our guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. Therefore, please review the following information.

 

■ A request to our customers

Please inform us of any allergies at least one week before your check-in date. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of arrival due to the availability of ingredients. Thank you for your understanding.

 

■ Regarding allergy accommodations at our hotel

At our hotel, we strive to minimize the use of the nine specified allergens (eggs, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts, walnuts, and cashews) in our dishes. However, since all dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of allergens.

Therefore, for customers who require complete elimination of certain ingredients due to severe allergies or other reasons, we may refrain from providing meals, prioritizing their safety above all else.
