Kotowa Farm Winey Natural (Panama)
The "Wine Process" is a new challenge for Ricardo and Mi Cafeto, third generation farmers. The coffee beans are harvested after being heated to a temperature of 3°C, and then undergo a special drying process to give off a deep flavor reminiscent of aged sherry or savarin.
Mamo Greenwell Farm (Hawaii, USA)
It took 18 years to create this new variety, which no one has ever tasted before. It brings out the best of both the Mocha and Maragogype varieties.
Milky Bourbon San Sebastian Farm Semi-Washed (Guatemala)
This semi-washed Bourbon coffee from San Sebastian Farm is the best of the best, giving it a milky flavor.
