Saturday, November 2020, 11 [Caviar Night] Shizuoka's gourmet cuisine gathers together ~ Caviar-filled course and wine pairing ~

We have started selling accommodation plans for our "Caviar Night" luxury autumn gourmet event, which is a gala dinner of the first caviar of the season, which was a big hit last year, and which brings together the finest delicacies of Shizuoka.

For "Caviar Night," Chef Fujii of Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo and Executive Chef Kitano of Haru Caviar will collaborate to prepare a one-day-only French and Japanese caviar collaboration dinner using fresh caviar.
Additionally, on the day, we will be inviting Ernest Singer, owner of Fujisan Winery, to enjoy a caviar dish paired with wine.

Please enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by our delicious cuisine and music.
