Concept

"Atami Cuisine" ~Gift from Terre et Mer (Gifts from the Earth and Sea)~

Based on the principle of local production and consumption, farm-to-table cuisine, the restaurant serves authentic French cuisine using seasonal ingredients from within a 50km radius of Sagami Bay, Mt. Izu, and the foot of Mt. Fuji.

After graduating from university, he worked as a bartender in a casino in Western Australia, and then worked in the food and beverage department at Hyatt hotels both in Japan and overseas for around 20 years in Osaka, Saipan, Shanghai, Guam, and Tokyo.
In 2014, he was appointed general manager of a group hotel managed by Ken Real Estate Lease, and in 2016 he served as general manager of Zaborin in Niseko.
Since 2020, he has worked in the foreign hotel development department, developing new hotels and asset managing domestic hotels at the Montien Hotel in Bangkok, and will be appointed general manager of Hotel GrandBach Atami Crescendo in 2023. He aims to create a "lodging that will be loved for a long time" by utilizing his hotel experience in Japan and overseas.
