For Hotel GrandBach, which boasts a tranquil hotel space, "music" is the very reason for the brand's existence. To commemorate the third anniversary of its opening, the hotel will be holding a "Salon Concert."

The salon concert in November will be our annual anniversary concert. This year, with the cooperation of Bach Collegium Japan (BCJ), with whom we have signed a partnership agreement since April 11, we will be welcoming performers active at the BCJ. Cello & Baroque Cello Toru Yamamoto

Graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Early Music and the Zurich University of the Arts.

In 2008, he won second place at the 16th Leipzig International Bach Competition, and in 2, he won the Jury Prize at the International Early Music Competition in Bruges and the First Prize at the Van Wassenaar International Competition. In 2011, he was a recipient of the Agency for Cultural Affairs' Overseas Study Program for Upcoming Artists, and in 2010, he received a scholarship from the ROHM Music Foundation. He is a member of the Bach Collegium Japan (BCJ), the Orchestra Libera Classica, and the principal player of the Orchestre Avant-Garde and the Pro Musica Mission. He has given intensive lectures at the Tokyo University of the Arts and master classes at the Conservatory of Music at the National University of Singapore, and in 2011 he served as a judge at the Yamanashi International Early Music Competition, where he won second place in 2006.
