Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, based on the concept of "a soothing stay with Bach and wellness cuisine," is now proposing tea pairing, allowing you to enjoy wellness cuisine in a new way.
Enjoy a special evening listening to the soul-satisfying music of J.S. Bach, accompanied by the Executive Chef and General Manager, a Wellness Food Concierge, and a certified tea master from Ronnefeldt, a German tea brand from Bach's birthplace.
Spring ingredients that are harvested first of the year are called the "beginning," while late winter ingredients that are eaten reluctantly so that they can be enjoyed again next season are called the "remains."
Combining this "start" and "final" flavor at dinner enhances the flavor.
Enjoy GrandBach Ginza's unique "Spring rencontre (encounter)" paired with teas recommended by our tea master.
Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza's dinner, which can be enjoyed with tea pairing, makes generous use of spring ingredients.
As souvenirs, we have Ronnefeldt tea and "Toshi Ecuador Baumkuchen" supervised by Chef Toshi Yoroizuka.

Ronnefeldt Certified Tea Master Mayumi Oshiro
Born in Okinawa Prefecture, he started his career at a local resort hotel before working at Hotel Grand Bach Kyoto Select.
Afterwards, he gained qualifications as a "Hotel Restaurant Service Technician" and "Western Cuisine Etiquette Instructor" while working in the food and beverage and accommodation department at Atami Crescendo.
While at the hotel, he became fascinated with the German tea brand Ronnefeldt and obtained the Ronnefeldt Tea Master Silver certification through the company's global program (2018).
Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, which opened in November last year, offers a variety of ways to enjoy tea, including not only black tea but also herbal tea and green tea, to suit guests' preferences.
Through our "tea pairing" suggestions, we hope to make your mealtimes richer and more delicious.
