This cocktail was a favorite aperitif of Count Camillo Negroni, a regular customer at the long-established restaurant "Casoni" in Florence, Italy. The bartender at the restaurant obtained permission to release this Negroni in 1962, and the cocktail is based on the Negroni, which "blooms six seasons in one bite." Japanese Craft Gin "ROKU" We have completed our spring cocktail "Spring 2023 - Sakura -" which incorporates these ingredients.

Be sure to try the spring cocktails proposed by Tsukasa Takahashi, head bartender at Magdalena bar and lounge on the hotel's second floor.
