This summer, Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza will be serving Scholet, Germany's national drink, on a daily basis.We will deliver a refreshing cocktail that matches Ramune, a summer staple in books.

In 2014, it won first place in the Nikka Whisky Forum Cocktail Competition. Japan Bartenders AssociationHe has won numerous awards in competitions he has hosted, including being selected as a Japan Finalist at the 2018 Hennessy Cocktail Competition and as a finalist in the Japan Final at the Ron Sakapalam Competition.

Since 2021, he has been working as head bartender at Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza.
