" is a spring local dish from the German state of Hesse, whose capital is Frankfurt.Grüne Söse"Grüne Soße" (Grüne Soße). Traditionally, seven kinds of fresh herbs are used, and it is also called the German version of the "Seven Herbs of Spring." It is said that Goethe, one of Germany's leading writers, also loved it.

Such "Grüne Söse" Inspired by this, we have prepared a cocktail this spring featuring fresh green herbs and cherry blossoms to give you a sense of the warmth of spring. Please give it a try. (Available from March 2025, 3 to May 1, 2025)

In 2014, it won first place in the Nikka Whisky Forum Cocktail Competition. Japan Bartenders AssociationHe has won numerous awards in competitions he has hosted, including being selected as a Japan Finalist at the 2018 Hennessy Cocktail Competition and as a finalist in the Japan Final at the Ron Sakapalam Competition.

Since 2021, he has been working as head bartender at Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza.
