[Warning] Regarding phishing site redirection messages associated with bookings made via Booking.com

We have received information that some customers who have made reservations through Booking.com have received messages via the messaging app "WhatsApp" from an external third party that contain malicious URL links that may lead them to phishing sites (fraudulent websites).

Our group facilities and Booking.com will never send you direct messages regarding your reservation details or credit card information via messaging apps such as WhatsApp. If you happen to receive such a suspicious message, please do not access (click) any URLs provided in it to prevent any potential harm.
