Information on the spring 2024 menu (lunch/dinner)

Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, which has a wellness cuisine concept, has started offering a spring menu at its first floor restaurant, "Waldhaus - Mori no Ie".
The Spring Concerto, performed by Chef Sadaharu Kitajima and Wellness Food Concierge (Dietitian) Ruriko Oshima, is a proposal of food that will make you feel the power of life. The "Wellness Course" is available for lunch and dinner, and the French-style "Premium Course" where you can savour the luxury of domestic ingredients is available by reservation. In addition to the expectations of the wellness cuisine that is the hotel's specialty, a vegetarian menu is also available. Please spend a high-quality wellness moment with your loved ones.
The spring menu will be available from Monday, February 2th to Sunday, May 26th.
