Information on the 2024 Summer Menu (Lunch and Dinner)
From the "Wellness Course" with the theme "Getting in shape for summer"
Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza, which has a wellness cuisine concept, will start offering a summer menu at its first floor restaurant, "Waldhaus - Mori no Ie".
Chef Sadaharu Kitajima and wellness food concierge (registered dietitian) Ruriko Oshima's summer wellness cuisine focuses on the effects of "acids" that help recover from seasonal fatigue and protect the body from the cold. Standard and vegan & vegetarian menus are available for each course of lunch and dinner. Enjoy a high-quality, wellness moment with your loved ones.
The summer menu will be available from Monday, May 5th to Sunday, August 27th.
