Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza has a concept of wellness cuisine. The winter menu offered at the 1st floor restaurant "Wald Haus - Mori no Ie -" has started. The "Wellness Cuisine" (lunch & dinner) created by the head chef and wellness food concierge (registered dietitian) is a "work of art" that has been carefully thought out from the selection of ingredients to the cooking method that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Since opening in November 2021, we have pursued deliciousness and nutritional balance for each season.
With 2024 just around the corner, the festive mood will be building up this winter as we approach the New Year.Waldhaus – Forest House –" presents a winter "wellness cuisine" focusing on root vegetables, which are rich in vitamins C and E and minerals and are said to have a warming effect on the body! Chef Sadaharu Kitajima has prepared a lunch course (5 dishes) and a dinner course (7 dishes) with the theme of "Nourishment for the cold season" with his unique method of making the most of the ingredients and his use of body-warming spices such as ginger and turmeric, in the hope that you will prepare your body for the cold season. In this season when opportunities to eat out increase, why not try a nutritionally balanced course meal carefully thought out by the chef and a wellness food concierge? Enjoy a high-quality, wellness-filled winter in Ginza with your loved ones.
This season's wellness course is about 713 kcal for lunch and about 873 kcal for dinner, including dessert and bread, making it a healthy menu for a French course.The menu is scheduled to be available from Monday, November 11th until Thursday, February 25th, 2025.
