From the "Wellness Course" with the theme

Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, which has a wellness cuisine concept, will start offering an autumn menu at its first floor restaurant, "Waldhaus - Mori no Ie".

This is the season with the most seasonal ingredients of the year. After surviving the hot summer, why not take in plenty of vitamins and minerals to prepare your body for the cold winter ahead? Chef Sadaharu Kitajima and wellness food concierge (registered dietitian) Ruriko Oshima will be serving autumn wellness cuisine.We have carefully prepared the dishes using plenty of nutritious vegetables and beans that are rich in dietary fiber, as well as a variety of mushrooms that are unique to autumn, to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Furthermore, this season's wellness course is a healthy menu for a French course, with lunch at about 750 kcal and dinner at about 970 kcal, including dessert and bread.

Our wellness course, which pursues deliciousness and nutritional balance, is available for lunch and dinner.Enjoy a quality and wellness experience with your loved ones.

The autumn menu will be available from Monday, August 8th to Sunday, November 26th.
