Masahiro Kosugi

General ManagerMasahiro Kosugi

After graduating from the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the College of Business at Michigan State University, he joined Marriott International in 1988. He has held management positions in the rooms department and sales and marketing departments across the United States.

Since 2008, he has worked in global sales, franchise operations, and general manager positions at the Japanese branch. In 2023, he joined Green Hospitality Management Co., Ltd., where he is currently the head of the Sales & Marketing Department. In July 2024, he became the general manager of Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza. In this Ginza location, he will provide the wonderful hospitality that only a small luxury hotel can offer, with a focus on food and music.

 

Toshihiro Sato

After training in the culinary department of a domestic luxury hotel, he joined Green Hospitality Management Co., Ltd. After serving as head chef of hotels operated by the company, he was appointed executive chef in 2016. After serving as general manager of Hotel Grand Bach Atami Crescendo, he was appointed general manager and executive chef of Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza in 2021. From July 2022, as executive chef, he will oversee the cuisine of the Grand Bach brand, including Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza.

Inspired by French cuisine, he began training at a French restaurant in 1994. In 2000 he worked at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, and in 2005 at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba and other hotels, where he gained experience in a wide range of roles including weddings, banquets, and restaurants (French, Italian, grill, buffet).

In 2016, he joined Green Hospitality Management Co., Ltd. and served as banquet sous chef and restaurant sous chef at a hotel operated by the company. In 2021, he was appointed to the restaurant "Wald Haus - Forest House" at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, and will become head chef in August 2022. He values ​​"always being grateful to producers and customers" and aims to provide food and a restaurant that is indispensable.

Ruriko Ohshima

Wellness Food ConciergeRuriko Ohshima

After majoring in nutrition at Tokyo Kasei University, she obtained her registered dietitian qualification and joined Green House Co., Ltd. in 2012. While providing and managing 1,200 meals a day for corporations, she has supported the health of 300 people as a health seminar lecturer and specific health instructor. In 2021, she will be appointed as the first "Wellness Food Concierge" for the Hotel Grand Bach brand, and will plan and implement wellness-themed seminars and promotional plans. We will provide total support for your stay at the hotel, including not only meals, but also exercise and sleep, and provide physical and mental healing that is close to our customers.

In 2014, it won first place in the Nikka Whisky Forum Cocktail Competition. Japan Bartenders AssociationHe has won numerous awards in competitions hosted by the company, and was selected as a Japan Finalist at the 2018 Hennessy Cocktail Competition and the Japan Finalist at the 2018 Ron Sakapalam Competition. Since 2021, he has been working as the head bartender at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza.
