"Visiting J.S. Bach" | Artwork installation

Hotel GrandBach Kyoto Select opened in 2014 as the first hotel under the GrandBach brand.

The Magdalena bar and lounge on the second floor has recently installed artwork tracing the life of J.S. Bach, the man the hotel is named after. Music critic Hiroko Kato has been tasked with providing an explanation for the artwork.#ajourneyfullofmusic If you have any questions about the images used in the art, please feel free to ask our staff.

In addition, in the corridor leading to "Magdalena", we have a selection of over 200 records, including classical music such as Bach. Enjoy the deep flavor of analog sound sources on records while relaxing during your stay in Kyoto.
