This year, for the first time since the renovation, the hotel will be hosting a jazz night at the bar and lounge "Magdalena" on the second floor, which also has a bar function. Ayako Ohno (PIANO)
Born in Kyoto Prefecture.She began taking classical piano lessons at the age of 18. Graduated from the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Doshisha University.
After working as a bank clerk, he studied under jazz pianist Sadayasu Fujii, and a few years later he quit his job to pursue a career as a jazz pianist. He is active as a session pianist and supports live recordings, mainly focusing on jazz, and has performed with many famous musicians both in Japan and abroad. In 2017, he released his first album, "First Movement," with Masahiko Osaka on drums and Daiki Yasukawa on bass.
Despite being an unknown newcomer, it reached second place in the Amazon sales rankings, and was also selected as a specially selected album in the "Audio Grade 2 Spring Edition Selected by 12 Critics" by Audio Accessory magazine.In 2020, they released "Second Movement" with Satsuki Kusui on bass and Yasushi Fukumori on drums. The album reached number one in Amazon sales during pre-sales pre-sales.A highly regarded pianist who has received positive reviews for his compositions, performances, and recordings.
Yukari Nishimura (TENOR SAXOPHONE)
Born in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. Started playing piano at the age of 3. Entered Osaka Prefectural Senyo High School, where he discovered tenor saxophone and jazz in the light music department. After entering the University of Shiga Prefecture, he founded a music club with his friends. Gradually he began to aspire to a career in music, and after graduating he worked as an exclusive saxophone instructor at a music store. He then became independent and began performing in earnest.
In New York, he took lessons from world-renowned jazz saxophonist Lew Tabackin.Currently, he performs mainly in the Kansai region, at live music venues, jazz festivals and events across the country.

Since 2011, he has appeared in TV commercials and posters as the image character for "JA Bank Shiga" for six years.
September 2013: 9st album "Dearly Beloved" released (sold out)
May 2017: 5nd album "Naturally" released (sold out)
March 2023: Releases 3rd album "A Time For Spring" from TeeTock Records and makes major debut
