This dish is an original spicy and rich beef curry created by Hotel GrandBach's French chef, based on the beef goulash stew that is popular throughout Germany, J.S. Bach's home country. Please enjoy it with four condiments, including pineapple and raisins.
The plate comes with a Japanese-style salad with Sanriku young shoots and a zunda and apple smoothie, making it a nutritious breakfast perfect for starting your morning off right. This is also a new option for guests staying multiple nights.
