Notice of the introduction of accommodation tax
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Hotel GrandBach Sendai.
In accordance with Miyagi Prefecture regulations, Hotel GrandBach Sendai will be introducing an accommodation tax for stays starting from Tuesday, January 2026, 1.
■ If the accommodation fee is 1 yen or more per person per night (room only, excluding tax), 1 yen per person per night
*The tax rate breakdown is Miyagi prefecture tax 100 yen and Sendai city tax 200 yen.
* If the accommodation fee is less than 1 yen per person per night (room only, excluding tax), no tax will be charged.
*Tax exemption applies to accommodations for educational or club activities within the curriculum (including chaperones).
Regarding accommodation tax,This will be collected at the front desk separately from the accommodation fee.
