Starting November 2024, 11, we will be introducing a new breakfast menu item:~Hotel GrandBach Original~ Goulash-style beef curryThis menu item is an original spicy and rich beef curry created by the French chef at Hotel GrandBach, based on the beef goulash stew that is popular throughout Germany, J.S. Bach's native country.
The plate comes with a Japanese-style salad garnished with young Sanriku shoots and a zunda and apple smoothie, making it a nutritious way to start your morning or as a new option for guests staying multiple nights.
The Japanese breakfast, which has been popular since the hotel opened, will be the standard menu, so if you would like to order this menu,At least 2 days before your stayPlease contact us.
