Handling of personal information

Green Hospitality Management Co., Ltd. and Okinawa Hotel Management Co., Ltd. We assume no responsibility for the collection and handling of personal information on linked websites.

8. Disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, etc.

If a customer makes a request in a prescribed manner to disclose (including records of provision to a third party), correct, delete, add, stop using, or erase personal data held by the Company, we will respond within a reasonable period of time and to the extent stipulated by laws and regulations after verifying that the requester is the customer in question.
However, we may decline all or part of your request if there is a risk of harm to the life, health, property, etc. of the person concerned or a third party, if it would significantly impede the performance of our hotel's business, or if it would violate other laws and regulations.
