We have been informed that some guests who made reservations through Booking.com have received messages via the messaging application “WhatsApp” from external third parties containing fraudulent URL links that may redirect to malicious phishing sites (fraudulent websites).
Neither our group facilities nor Booking.com will ever contact you directly via WhatsApp or other messaging applications regarding your reservation details or credit card information. Should you receive any such suspicious messages, we strongly urge you not to access (click) any URLs contained therein in order to prevent potential harm.
