Are there any rooms where I can smoke?
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking room on the 7th floor.
What is the number of people and age group for co-sleeping?
One child per bed can stay free of charge. (Excluding extra beds) The age limit is preschool children (elementary school students are not allowed).
What are the accommodation fees for children?
There are no child accommodation rates. Children of elementary school age and above will be charged the adult rate due to the need to provide beds.
Can I wait for cancellations?
We do not accept waiting lists for cancellations. Please contact us and we will inform you of the room availability at the time.

What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, Sekkisei skin care set (cleansing, facial cleanser, lotion, emulsion), toothbrush set, shaver, hairbrush, cotton swabs, body towels, bath towels, face towels, pajamas, slippers, green tea, coffee, and deodorizing spray.
Is the air conditioning in the guest rooms adjustable?
Heating and cooling can be adjusted in each room.
Do you have humidifiers available for rental?
All guest rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidifier function.
Questions about accommodation
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am.
Is it okay if I check in late?
The front desk is open 24 hours a day, but if you plan to arrive after 10pm, please contact us.
In addition, the automatic doors at the hotel entrance will be locked between midnight and 0am, so please use the intercom to let us know when you arrive.
I would like to send my luggage in advance.

Can I store my luggage on the day of my stay?
We will keep your luggage at the front desk on the 7th floor. We will also keep your luggage after check-out, but only for the day you check out.

Are there any vending machines?
There are vending machines selling non-alcoholic drinks on the 16th floor, and a convenience store on the 1st floor.
Is there a coin laundry?
There are washing and drying machines available at the coin laundry on the 16th floor.

Do you have an ice machine
There is an ice machine on the 16th floor. Please use the cups provided with the ice machine to carry the ice.
Do you have wheelchairs available for rental?

Does the hotel have its own parking lot?
The hotel does not have its own parking lot.
There are many parking lots nearby, including the multi-story parking lot adjacent to the hotel (Mitsui Repark Sendai Miyagino Building) and the NPC24H Yodobashi Multimedia Sendai P2 Parking (753 car capacity).
Questions about the restaurant
Can you accommodate allergies?
At our hotel, we use the same cooking utensils in the same kitchen, so it is difficult to provide allergy-friendly meals. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate even minor allergies.
