Restaurant "Fuga – FUGA - will be offering a summer "ATAMI Cuisine" menu from June 2025st to August 6st, 1.
The menu, created by Executive Chef Kitano Tomokazu using his expert French techniques, highlights the aroma and flavor of each ingredient and its marriage with the local vegetables that are paired with them.
This summer, the menu will feature a selection of condensed summer flavors, including a high-quality, well-balanced amuse-bouche that fills your mouth with the sweetness of tomatoes, and an appetizer made with super-fresh red shrimp caught in Suruga Bay, which the chef recommends as the most delicious in Japan.
Enjoy a bountiful summer evening with your loved ones at "ATAMI Cuisine," which uses the bounty of the sea and high-quality local vegetables carefully selected by Executive Chef Tomokazu Kitano to bring out the natural flavor of summer ingredients.
