Kei Ueyama
2004nd place in the 2 Paolo Bernardi Harpsichord Competition (Italy).
The group has performed in Europe and the United States, including at the Palace of Versailles (France) and the Royal Museum of Musical Instruments in Brussels (Belgium).
In 2012, his CD "Goldberg Variations" was selected as the Newcomer Award by the French magazine Diapason, as well as a special selection by Record Geijutsu and a recommended album by the Asahi Shimbun.
In 2018, he made his London debut at the invitation of the Cambridge Early Music Society. In the same year, his CD "Bach: Six Partitas" was selected as a semi-selection album by Record Geijutsu, and in 2021, he distributed a live recording of his solo recital in high resolution and released it under his own label, C&K.
Graduated from the Piano Department of Toho Gakuen School of Music and the Harpsichord Department of the Amsterdam Conservatory (Netherlands).
He studied under MV Delft, C. Rousset, and H. Dreyfus. He is a part-time lecturer at Kyoto City University of Arts and a commissioned performer at Toho Gakuen School of Music. He is sponsored by Kay Music Academy.
