About accommodation and rooms

Do you have humidifiers available for rental?
The rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidifier function.
Can I use the facilities in my pajamas and slippers?
Please refrain from using the facilities outside your room.
Is there room service?
We offer room service for both food and drinks (15:00-21:00).
Can I wait for cancellations?
We are very sorry. We do not accept cancellations on the waiting list. If you contact us, we will inform you of the room availability at the time. You can also check the hotel's official website.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
Is it okay if I check in late?
The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 22pm.
Guests booking a dinner-inclusive plan must check-in by 20:00 and the last entry to the restaurant is 20:30.
Are the bathroom and toilet separate?
All rooms have separate bathrooms and toilets.
Can we have rooms next to each other?
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the room type you have reserved and the availability of rooms on the day.
Do you have BD/DVD players available for rental?
We regret to inform you that we do not lend out BD/DVD players.
What amenities are available in the guest rooms?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath salts, toothbrush set, razor, hairbrush, cotton swabs, body towels, bath towels, face towels, pajamas, slippers, tea, coffee and deodorant spray.
Are there any hotel services available free of charge to guests?
Night meals are available (21:30 – 23:00).
In addition, guests staying on the Executive Floor (including Bach Corner Rooms) can also enjoy the following:
・Welcome drink and small sweets
・Free flow special menu at "Magdalena"
What is the difference between the executive floor and the general floor?
The executive floors are located on the top floors, the 15th and 14th floors.
The bathroom amenities are 100% organic, and we also provide a skin care set from "reint," a natural cosmetics brand created by Hakkaisan Brewery, as well as room gowns.
In addition, welcome sweets will be provided (15:00-19:00 on the day of arrival), and you can enjoy free drinks from the special menu at the 2F | Bar & Lounge "Magdalena". (19:00-23:00 (LO 22:30)) This benefit can also be used when staying in the Bach Corner Room on each floor.

About the facilities and equipment

Are there any rooms where I can smoke?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking room on the second floor (maximum 2 people).
Can I use the Internet at the hotel?
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the building. The password is displayed on the top screen of the TV in your room.
Are there any vending machines?
There are no vending machines. There is a convenience store just a minute's walk away.
Is there a coin laundry?
There is no coin laundry, but there is a laundry service (fee required).
Do you have an ice machine
We do not have an ice machine. Please contact the front desk and we will bring ice to your room.
Is the building barrier-free?
The public areas are barrier-free.
There are two wheelchair accessible guest rooms on the third floor.
Do you have wheelchairs available for rental?
We have one wheelchair available. Please contact us in advance to make a reservation.

About Restaurants, Bars & Lounges

Can the restaurant cater for allergies?
Only the eight specific ingredients (eggs, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, peanuts, buckwheat, walnuts) can be removed and replaced with alternative ingredients.

Do they have a dress code
We recommend smart casual attire for both the restaurant and bar & lounge.
Do you have private rooms?
The restaurant does not have private rooms, but you can use the boardroom on the second floor for an additional fee.

Can non-guests use the facility?
You can use both the restaurant and the bar & lounge. (Special offers for hotel guests are not available.)
Do you have a menu for children? Also, from what age can children order?
We offer a children's menu for lunch and dinner only.

Regarding travel with children

Please tell me the number of people and age range for bed-sharing.
This room is for preschool children (elementary school students are not allowed), and one child per room is allowed to share a bed.
Children's accommodation fee
There are no child rates; adult rates apply.
Do you have baby cribs and baby guards available for rental?
We have both baby cribs and baby guards available for rental. As numbers are limited, please contact us in advance to make a reservation.

About access

Could you please tell me where the hotel entrance is?
The hotel entrance is on the Miyuki Street side.
Is there a shuttle service?
We are very sorry, but we do not provide a shuttle service, so please use public transportation.
