A "Wellness Event" will be held in July and August by Oshima, a wellness food concierge and registered dietitian.
This is a special event where you can enjoy a seminar on the theme of "Summer Shining from Within - Creating Beautiful Skin that Can Withstand Summer Damage" as well as a "Wellness Lunch Course."

This summer's "wellness" theme is "Summer wellness that shines from within."
During the seasons when UV rays are a concern, it's important to take care of your skin from the inside as well as from the outside using sunscreen and other measures.
When the hot days continue, you may lose your appetite and end up just eating light snacks, but at times like these, it is recommended that you actively take in the antioxidants and vitamins ACE that you need in the summer.
At the wellness event, a wellness food concierge who is a certified registered dietitian will introduce key points for "inner care" that you can start right away.

After the seminar, enjoy a wellness lunch course featuring plenty of seasonal ingredients.
We use more than 300g of vegetables and 100g of fruit, and have taken into consideration nutritional balance and calories (lunch course: approx. 600kcal)*.

After the meal, you can enjoy dessert supervised by Chef Toshi Yoroizuka.

Wellness Food Concierge Ruriko Ohshima
After majoring in nutrition at Tokyo Kasei University, she obtained a registered dietitian qualification and joined Green House Co., Ltd. in 2012.
While being responsible for providing and managing the menu of 1,200 meals for corporations every day, I have also supported the health of 300 people as a health seminar lecturer and specific health instructor.
In 2021, he will be appointed as the Hotel GrandBach brand's first "Wellness Food Concierge" and will plan and implement wellness-themed seminars and plans. He will provide total support for guests' stay at the hotel, including not only meals but also exercise and sleep, and provide physical and mental healing that is tailored to the guests.
