Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza will celebrate its first anniversary in November. The theme of the new "Bach Cocktail - Glenn Gould Version" to commemorate the opening is "the fusion of sensibility and logic." One is an "sensibility" cocktail inspired by Masaaki Suzuki, the "leading authority on Bach performance," and the other is a "logical" cocktail by Yasushi Tanaka, a classical sommelier who is also known as a researcher of GG. Below we introduce the two people who supervised the cocktails.
