During the following period, you can enjoy a special wellness course created by Sadaharu Kitajima, head chef of Waldhaus -Mori no Ie-, a restaurant renowned for its use of fermented foods, spices, and herbs, together with wellness food concierge (registered dietitian) Ruriko Oshima. This special course is designed to improve your immune system and promote intestinal health and warmth, especially during this cold season. This special menu uses "Germinated rice Kin no Ibuki", with the cooperation of FANCL.
