
The "Wellness Event" is held every season. This year's theme is "Getting Your Body in Shape for Summer." In addition to seminars packed with tips on how to overcome summer fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and other ailments, we will be offering special wellness menus that make use of the knowledge and experience of both companies.
Hotel GrandBach Tokyo Ginza's exclusive wellness food concierge (registered dietitian) and a registered dietitian from FANCL's Food Tech Division will team up to offer a mix of meals and seminars, including suggestions for a well-being lifestyle and meal ideas that can be implemented at home.

[Wellness Food Concierge] Ruriko Ohshima

After majoring in nutrition at Tokyo Kasei University, she obtained a registered dietitian qualification and joined Green House Co., Ltd. in 2012.
While being responsible for providing and managing the menu of 1,200 meals for corporations every day, I have also supported the health of 300 people as a health seminar lecturer and specific health instructor.
In 2021, he will be appointed as the Hotel GrandBach brand's first "Wellness Food Concierge" and will plan and implement wellness-themed seminars and plans. He will provide total support for guests' stay at the hotel, including not only meals but also exercise and sleep, and provide physical and mental healing that is tailored to the guests.
