This cocktail was inspired by the composition "Viennese Bonbons (Op.2)" by Johann Strauss II. The word "bonbon" in the title of this waltz means "sugar confectionery, candy, sweets" in French, but it is also used as a general term for chocolates that can be eaten in one bite.
In Japan, chocolate bonbons and whiskey bonbons are well known, but this time we have created a "Valentine's Special Cocktail" to celebrate St. Valentine's Day, inspired by whiskey bonbons (bonbons containing Western liquor), which are said to have originated in Japan. Have a sweet night!
