"Atami Cuisine" is an authentic French restaurant with the theme of the land and the sea, based on local production and consumption, farm-to-table, and using seasonal ingredients from Sagami Bay, Izuyama, or within a 50-kilometer radius of the foot of Mt. Fuji. The Western-style New Year's feast presented by our hotel's executive chef is like a full course meal served in a restaurant, with appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and tea, all made with carefully selected ingredients to create a festive New Year's meal.
