Esalen®
"Esalen®" is an oil massage that originated at the Esalen Institute (USA), known as the "Healing Art." The Atami area is known as the "holy land of Esalen®" because of its similar climate and environment to California, where the institute is located. SPA Crescendo's signature program can be received in an environment close to the original.
This style combines wave-like rhythms, flowing long strokes to the whole body, and relaxed stretching. Our experienced therapists listen to the voices of our guests' bodies and create personalized programs to bring deep healing. Our therapists will suggest oils to suit your mood and physical condition that day.
