■Questions about access

How far is it from Atami Station?

It takes about 15 minutes by car, or about 4km.

How can I get there by car from Tokyo?

From the Tomei Expressway Atsugi IC, take the Odawara Atsugi Road and Manazuru Road to Yugawara Town.
At the fork in the road between "Atami Beach Line" and "R135" which enters Atami city from Yugawara Town, take "R135".
Turn right at the first traffic light, "Izuyama."
Afterwards, follow the signs to the MOA Museum of Art.
After passing the MOA Museum of Art, turn right at the end of the road.
The hotel is located approximately 300m ahead on the left hand side from Atami Golf Club.

How can I get there by car from Shizuoka or Numazu?

Turn left at Sasajiri Intersection on the Atsukan Road, turn right at Himenosawa Park, and the hotel is about 2.5 km ahead on your right.

Do you have a pick-up service?

We provide pick-up service from Atami Station (available from 14:30 to 18:00) only for guests who make a reservation through our official website. Please feel free to ask.

How much does it cost to take a taxi from Atami Station?

It is about 1,400 yen.

Is there a bus?

Unfortunately there is no bus.

What kind of facilities are available?

Do you offer massage services?

Experience various programs, including the Esalen® Massage, which originated in California, at the hotel's SPA Crescendo. Esalen® Massage is an oil treatment that connects the whole body with a single long stroke, with a slow, wave-like rhythm and gentle stretches and rocking movements. How big is the room?

We have rooms over 50 mXNUMX.
The "GrandBach Deluxe Twin" and "GrandBach Deluxe Triple" rooms are spacious at 76.3㎡. In addition, the "GrandBach Deluxe Twin" rooms are available for various programs at "SPA Crescendo."

Are there any rooms where I can smoke?

All guest rooms are non-smoking, but please feel free to use the smoking area on the first floor of the common building.

Is there an open-air bath?

We do not have a shared open-air bath, but we do have rooms with open-air baths where you can enjoy the spectacular view of Sagami Bay. When making a reservation, please select "Rooms with open-air baths." For more information, please see the "Rooms" page.

What kind of amenities are available?

What are the hours of operation?

The large public bath is open from 15:00 to 0:00am and from 5:00 to 11:00am.

Can I add dishes?

In addition to the course menu, we also offer an optional menu. The menu changes with the seasons, so please see theAbout DinnerPlease see the page.

Can I bring wine into the main dining area during dinner?

Yes, each bottle costs 5,500 yen (tax included).

What kind of menu is it?

The concept of the menu is "Atami Cuisine." Enjoy the unique cuisine of an auberge, with the theme of the sea and land of Atami, and seasonal ingredients from within a 50km radius of the foot of Mt. How do I pay?

In addition to cash, we accept major credit cards such as DINERS, AMEX, and JCB. (Payments in installments are not available.)

Can I exchange foreign currency?

Unfortunately we do not offer foreign currency exchange.

I would like to use the main dining area only. Can I make a reservation?

Do they have a dress code?

Generally, there is no dress code, but we do recommend that you dress smart casually. Also, please refrain from wearing indoor slippers or shoes in the public spaces during your stay.

Can I stay overnight or dine in the main dining area if I bring children?

We have a special plan available for children to stay. Meals will be served in a private room.

Are wheelchairs available for rental?

Yes, there are some areas that are difficult for wheelchair users to access, so please contact the hotel staff for details.
