The dishes served at the well-received wellness event held on July 7nd (theme: Toning up your body for summer) will be transformed into a "Special Wellness Dinner Course."
The summer wellness experience created by Chef Sadaharu Kitajima of the restaurant Waldhaus – Mori no Ie – and wellness food concierge Ruriko Oshima features an amuse-bouche focusing on citric acid to help you stay energized this summer. The refreshing acidity of fermented vinegar and fruits and vegetables will add flavour and help you recover from the summer fatigue.
