GrandBach Valentine’s Parfait “Citrus et Chocolat Noir”

A parfait delivered for the Valentine’s season, filled with the sweet aroma of chocolate and featuring a refreshing citrus fragrance, the gentle bitterness of peel, and the bittersweet richness of chocolate mousse, all woven together into “Citrus et Chocolat Noir (Citrus et Chocolat Noir)”.
This winter, as a companion for bar time, we are pleased to offer an evening parfait for adults, enjoyed with the globally beloved flavors of chocolat orange, and a rosé sparkling wine blended with orange, herbs, and spices, “Chandon Garden Spritz”.
Inside the parfait glass, the harmony of juicy citrus and chocolate is captured alongside a pleasantly textured crumble made with Japanese ingredients, while the refreshing kick of shichimi chili pepper that lingers at the end adds a sophisticated, adult nuance to the sweetness. Paired with a glass of sparkling wine, the fresh citrus notes are joined by a subtle, piquant bitterness and acidity, creating a refined evening dessert.
For a quiet, grown-up moment after dinner—savoring the lingering finish as you gently raise your glass. Please enjoy a luxurious time worthy of concluding a special day in Ginza.
